Cold Comfort Farm Giveaway - The Winner is...

Names were thrown into a bowl this morning and the winner is...Karenlibrarian. Thank you for your comments and to those who entered:)

I am a little cut-throat when it comes to cleaning out my house as well as my bookshelves, and this pretty little number didn't pass the keep test whilst culling the volumes. It is a beautiful Folio Society copy of Stella Gibbons' classic with illustrations by Quentin Blake but I can't keep it just because it's a gem. I have tried several times to read it but can't get into the story, and I hate to see it languishing on the shelves. If you would like a chance to give it a better home, leave a comment below to throw your name into the draw that will take place Monday, February 14. (Due to the cost, this giveaway is limited to the States.)

Cold Comfort Farm is on my TBR list but I had no idea that such a lovely Folio edition existed! My brother is a great fan of Quentin Blake's (ever since seeing his illustrations in Roald Dahl's books) and I think that this edition would be absolutely delightful. I'm off to Amazon to see if there are any floating about. :-)

I'll put my name in the hat for it. I've heard so many things about it, but never read it. I have to say, your inability to hang with it has me a little gun-shy, though. :)

I can't believe no one else has entered the drawing yet! I'd love a beautiful Folio edition, please enter me in the drawing. I really enjoyed this book and I always love anything illustrated. I don't own any Folio books but I have drooled over them in the past.
